Counseling Fees & Practice Policies:​

​

• 50 Minute Counseling Session - $75 per session. 

• A valid debit or credit card must be on file for all sessions. 

• The total number of sessions will be determined in partnership with your counselor.

• Each session is $75, and the fee is charged 24 hours prior to your session to hold it. 

• Insurance: Because this is Biblical Counseling, we do not take insurance. 

• Virtual Sessions are available via our virtual counseling sessions using Google Meet. 

• The cancellation policy is valid even during inclement weather. 

• No refunds are given once payment is made; however, rescheduling is allowed if the office is notified at least 24 hours in advance. One reschedule will be allowed at the discretion of the counselor.​​​

• Clients must contact their counselor via email to cancel appointments and to alert their counselors of a rescheduling request.

Fees will be charged to your card on file within 24 hours before your appointment and after the cancellation policy is in effect.
